1. The app

Bvske is a camera app with lighting, framing and voice guidance (coach) for video creators. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Your videos

Videos, scripts and scores are stored only on your device. You alone are responsible for making copies (in Photos, on a computer or in the cloud of your choice). Deleting the app or a video removes the file permanently.

3. Recorded content

You are responsible for what you record and publish, including having the consent of the people who appear in your videos and respecting copyright and applicable law.

4. Coach guidance

Scores and tips are automatic suggestions calculated on the device. They help, but do not guarantee results, reach or performance for your videos.

5. Pro subscription

Pro features can be unlocked with a subscription or purchase made through the App Store. Payment, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Apple’s rules and are managed in iPhone Settings (your name › Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Availability

The app is provided as is. We may change, add or remove features in updates. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost videos caused by lack of storage, device failures or deleting the app.

7. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version appears here with the updated date. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the new version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you live in the European Union or another country, you keep all the consumer rights guaranteed by the law of your country.
